Our Philosophy

Kappel & Kappel has a very liberal and aggressive marketing policy. It is the Broker's philosophy that, when you list your property with a Kappel & Kappel agent, you are also entering an agreement with them personally to advertise and expose your property to the buying public in our area. Your home will be advertised in one of the following publications on a weekly basis;

The Vacaville Reporter, The Daily Republic, Homes & Land Magazine, The Real Estate Book and occasionally Manor Estates Magazine or special trade journals when appropriate.

The company also encourages Open Houses and pays for the necessary advertising. Kappel & Kappel also has a regular institutional ad that is heard all over the greater bay area on KUIC radio. Their advertising can also be seen on the local cable network channels and most recently, Kappel & Kappel listings are now available on the Internet.

Each agent at Kappel & Kappel is personally trained by the management to provide the same quality of service that has won the company a "Reputation Built on Friendship and Trust" over the past 25 years.

The training is on going through weekly staff meetings and Kappel& Kappel agents take great pride in being on the "cutting edge" of the real estate industry. The prevailing attitude is "the customer comes first" and the agents take great pride in the "team" effort and the professional camaraderie that exists throughout the company.

Kappel & Kappel deliberately chose not to affiliate with a national franchise (i.e. C-21, REMAX, COLDWELL BANKER, etc.) for several, prudent reasons:
  • The owners felt that they preferred to make their own decisions as to how your property will be advertised and marketed. They felt that their advertising dollar could be better spent locally in the marketing of your home. If a client has a bad experience with a company in another locale their perception of that "Franchise" may carry over, as in "guilt by association".

  • Although the Kappels may have the highest standards for their own agents, they would have no control over how other "fellow franchisee" brokerages were managed.

  • Kappel & Kappel had already been accepted into the prestigious, (not for profit) RELO organization that provided them with a nationally recognized network for relocation.

  • Most importantly, Kappel & Kappel has chosen to take their orders from their customers and not from corporate figureheads who are not sensitive to your particular needs and wants.
