My interests are many. First I love hunting. For Dove and pheasant mostly. After breaking my back I enrolled in a cake design class (keep in mind I can not draw to save my life) I always loved to cook, but bake? It turns out I am great at it. Go figure. Working with computers is also a passion of mine. Building and fixing them. Then there's my muscle car, a 71 Chevy nova. It’s fast. A work in progress.

My specialty is working with people that might need some guidance. Buyers are looking to find the biggest home in the nicest area and spent the least amount of money. Living in Solano County for most of my life this is easy. I show the homes in nearby communities and this ends up saving them thousands and thousands of dollars. Sellers receive some of the best marketing available. I market in the following areas: newspapers, The real estate guide, Homes and land magazine, my personal web site, Kappel & Kappel’s web site, the mls(multiple listing service)We have radio advertisements, flyers and a networking with over 100 other realtors in our office.
